Where can I purchase Numour products?
Numour products are available on our official website, Amazon.in, and Blinkit. Stay tuned for more updates on other ecommerce websites.
Are Numour products dermatologically tested?
Yes, all Numour products undergo rigorous dermatological testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Do Numour products come with a warranty?
Yes, Numour products come with a 6 month 1-year warranty. For details on warranty coverage and claims, refer to our Warranty FAQs section
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, you can find us on leading offline chains like Sangeetha Stores, Broadway among others.
2. Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched
Our orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order placement. We inform you proactively in case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Who will deliver my product and will it be safe in shipping?
We use the best in class logistics providers for your Numour package. We take all the necessary steps to ensure your Numour product reaches you on time and without any tampering.
Where all do you ship the products?
Numour currently offers shipping within India. We are actively working to expand our international shipping options. Please get in touch with us at help@numour.com if you are trying to ship outside India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Your Numour product should reach you within 3-5 business days for delivery after dispatch. In case of any delays, we will proactively inform you.
What are the shipping charges?
We currently offer free shipping throughout India. We charge a delivery fees of INR 100 for COD order
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the tracking details to monitor the delivery status.
What if my shipment is delayed?
In unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays, we will proactively communicate with customers to provide updates.
What do I do in case I need to change my order details?
Once an order is placed, changes to shipping details may not be possible. Please review your information carefully during checkout.

3. Refund & Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
You have the flexibility to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our customer support at help@numour.com with your order details for a hassle-free cancellation.
Can I cancel my order post dispatch?
Once your order is shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. Please refer to our return policy for further assistance on the same.
How can I return Numour product purchased from Amazon, Flipkart or Nykaa?
Please review return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on third party websites. Any purchase of Numour items on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) are governed by the third party marketplaces' discretion and policies.
4. Warranty
By purchasing a NUMOUR product, you thereby indicate your
unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions that govern your
right to claim a refund. Please read all the terms carefully before
making a purchase. NUMOUR reserves the right to make amendments to our
policy at any time and at our discretion.
Who is eligible for the warranty?
The warranty is valid for all residents of India. The claim must be made within the warranty window that starts from the date of invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty for Numour covers any manufacturing issues/defects, dead on arrival, charging issues, functional issues.
How do I claim the warranty?
To claim your warranty, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the process.
Post the approval of your request, you will be required to send
us the product at the given address. The product reverse pickup option
will be chargeable as per customer location.
What happens if my device is beyond repair?
If your Numour device is found to be beyond repair within the warranty period, we'll replace it with a new one at no additional cost. Please note that only manufacturing issues/defects, dead on arrival, charging issues, and functional issues impacted devices are eligible for warranty.
Do I need to register for the warranty?
For purchases on Numour website, no separate registration is required. Your warranty is automatically activated upon purchase. You need to register the device on Numour website to claim warranty for purchases on 3rd party websites and marketplaces [such as Amazon].
How long does the warranty last?
The warranty period is 6months [180 days] or 1 year [365 days] from the date of invoice. The warranty period is different for different products.
What voids the warranty?
The warranty is void if there is evidence of tampering, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or if the device is damaged due to factors not related to manufacturing defects.
